Full-Time Pastor

Glade Spring Baptist Church in Washington County, VA is prayerfully seeking God's choice for our full time pastor. The candidate should have a passion for effective leadership with a desire to increase active membership growth, working with children and youth as well as adults and will be a person of integrity committed to the mission and vision of the church. The individual will possess exceptional organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong presence in the pulpit. GSBC is affiliated with the BGAV and SBC. Use of parsonage is an option.
